PRELUDE
We, the people, find our Federal Government in a failed state.
Living in a nation
of unenforced laws and driven by a Federal Government no longer
acting within the confines of the Constitution is NOT a choice of the people of the
United
States of America.
Whereas the President and the Congress of the United States disregard the
Constitution, immigration laws and a multitude of other laws.
The afore-mentioned government no longer heeds their constituents' wishes nor
acts on their behalf. The government no longer acts in the interest of the safety
and
security of the United States of America.
Our Federal Government no longer reflects a representative-type government.
The Federal Government is a government unto itself. Such failure to enforce our
Nation's laws only encourages aggressors and enemies to our Nation. Having such
a
government is worse than having no government at all.
The People must now focus on the security and safety of our Nation and the
preservation of our Constitution. We are of the collective belief that it is the
God-given, inherent right and duty to self-defense and the defense of our families,
homes and our Nation. Based on the Constitution of the United States of America,
we the People therefore present the following Proclamation.
A PROCLAMATION
This document is specifically addressed to Sr. Vicente Fox, the
President of the
Republic of Mexico.
It is composed by and expressed the intent of the People of the United States of America.
Over a period of nine (9) years, there have been 261 documented incursions into the
United States of America by armed Mexican military troops. There have been tens of millions
of Mexican citizens who have illegally crossed into, and now reside, in the United States
of America. More and more frequently, illegal aliens from Mexico are becoming militant
at your
urging and calling for the overthrowing of the United States government.
The Mexican troops have, on several occasions, fired weapons on our Federal
agents and,
in some incidences, have fired on American civilians. Such behavior indicates that Mexico
has
declared War on the United States of America.
The boundaries between Mexico and the United States are set forth in the
TREATY OF GUADALUPE HIDALGO on February 2, 1848. There is no need for any
confusion about this.
We are herein informing you that we will act in self-defense
against any further invasions
by your Army. We will defend our families, our homes and our Nation against any further
aggression.
We ask you to immediately call home to Mexico the millions of Mexican citizens now illegally
residing in the United States of America.
The Republic of Mexico presents a clear and present danger to the people of the
United States of America. Be assured that we, the People of the United States of America,
have the resolve to defend our Nation's Sovereignty.
