Coupled with sheeple sentiment derived from constant Media disinformation and ignorance, they have found another avenue to pursue in order to disarm Free Patriots and complete the assumption of total tyrannical power…

Countries of the world gathered at the United Nations in New York on 2-27 July 2012 for an historical initiative in the area of conventional arms: to negotiate an Arms Trade Treaty (ATT). The Treaty would establish high common standards for international trade in conventional arms. The Conference could not reach agreement on a treaty text. Virtually all international trade in goods is regulated. But no globally agreed standards exist for the international arms trade. The result can be the misuse of transferred weaponry by government forces, or diversion of arms into illegal markets, where they end up in the hands of criminals, gangs, war lords and terrorists. The United States also strongly supports the inclusion of small arms and light weapons in the UN Register of Conventional Arms. This subject has been discussed since 2000, and it is high time that the Register be expanded to address the conventional weapons security concerns of most of the world. FULL TEXT HERE


Senate votes 53-46 to stop US from joining UN Arms Trade Treaty


Sen. James Inhofe (R-Okla.) introduced an amendment that would prevent the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty in order to uphold the Second Amendment. His amendment passed on a 53-46 vote.

Senate Foreign Relations Committee Chairman Bob Menendez (D-N.J.) said he thought it was irresponsible to be considering major foreign policy decisions at 3 a.m. on Saturday morning.
