The Modern De Facto Progressive Communist

Communist Control Act of 1954

The Communist Control Act was a piece of United States federal legislation, signed into law by President Dwight Eisenhower on 24 August 1954, which outlawed the Communist Party of the United States and criminalized membership in, or support for the Party.

Created during the period of the Second Red Scare (1946–1954), the Act was one of many bills drafted with the intention of protecting America from the potential threat posed by the international Communists. During this time, some argued that “the pursuit of subversive aims even by peaceful means should have been outlawed.” Thus, many opposed Communism because of its supposed “subversive aim” to undermine democracy. In the words of the prominent sociologist Ernest van den Haap, there was “no place in democracy for those who want to abolish it even with a peaceful vote.”

At one time the Progressives had something to worry about but as we can now see, just as those of “homosexual persuasion have exited their closet”, the American Liberal Democrats, are now un-afraid and are exiting their closet of Communism and they have grown in numbers. Indoctrination within our educational and media systems while Americans have been asleep at the wheel is lending aid and comfort unknowingly.  We are now in the red zone and unless we turn the head waters of Communism now, we will be in a blood bath, on a path of no return to civility.

Take note: The overwhelming support provided by the liberals has attracted much attention from historians such as Mary McAuliffe (The Journal of American History). McAuliffe argues that, despite the liberals’ traditional role as the protectors of fundamental rights and civil liberties, the perceived gravity of the threat of Communism during the Cold War led some liberals to ignore the fact that the CCA suspended the citizenship rights of the Communist Party members. Most liberals did not even offer a token opposition to the Act; on the contrary, they ardently supported it. McAuliffe further acknowledges that the Act “served to avert possible disaster for individual politicians” who feared being labeled as Communists for their left-minded ideas. In the words of Senator Humphrey, “the amendment [was sought] to remove any doubt in the Senate as to where [Democrats and liberals] [stood] on the issue of Communism.”  An article published in the Michigan Law Review in 1955 suggested that the Communist Control Act was a “dramatic political gesture” rather than a genuine attempt to “kill Communism at its root.

Q: What is the Socialist International?

A:  It is the worldwide organization of socialist, social democratic and labor parties. It currently brings together 131 political parties and organizations from all continents. Its origins go back to the early international organizations of the labor movement of the last century.* It has existed in its present form since 1951, when it was re-established at the Frankfurt Congress. They are now headquartered in London, England.

* In 1864, representatives of English and French industrial workers founded the International Workingmen’s Association in London. Karl Marx, who was living in London at the time, became the First International’s dominant figure. Marx’s doctrines were revived in the 20th century by Russian revolutionary Vladimir Ilich Lenin, who developed and applied them – and we all know that what was started as a labor movement ended up as the biggest totalitarian/communist state, i.e., the USSR.

Q: What is the Democratic Socialists of America [DSA]?

A: It is the largest socialist organization in the United States, and the principal U.S. affiliate of the Socialist International. Their website is

Q: What are seven principles behind what the DSA calls it’s, “Progressive Challenge?”

  • Dignified Work
  • Environmental Justice
  • Economic Redistribution
  • Democratic Participation
  • Community Empowerment
  • Global Non-Violence
  • Social Justice.

Never mind their soothing-sounding leftist doublespeak like ‘Environmental Justice’ (whatever that is supposed to mean) or the soft & fuzzy ‘Global Non-Violence’ (a euphemism for unilateral disarmament) — the DSA’s self-declared principle of ‘Economic Redistribution’ clearly shows where these folks are coming from and exactly where they plan to take America.

Q: How many members of the U.S. Congress are also members of the DSA?

A: Seventy!

Who are the Democratic Socialist Amerika members sitting on the House Judiciary Committee

John Conyers , Jerrold Nadler, Melvin Watt, Maxine Waters, Hank Johnson, Steve Cohen, Barbara Lee, Robert Wexler, Linda Sanchez [there are 23 Democrats on the Judiciary Committee of which eleven, almost half, are now members of the DSA].

Obama Bypasses Congress, Declares DREAM Act Now in Effect

WASHINGTON, June 15, 2012 — /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ – Today the Obama administration announced a brazen usurpation of Congressional authority by using executive power to implement the DREAM Act. Effective immediately, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) will grant deferred action and possible work authorization to certain illegal aliens under the age of 30 who arrived in the U.S. before 16 years of age.  DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano expects that nearly 1 million illegal aliens will be granted amnesty through this effort.

Rep. Darrell Issa willing to postpone House contempt vote against AG Eric Holder

(AP) WASHINGTON – Rep. Darrell Issa said Friday he is willing to postpone a contempt of Congress vote against Attorney General Eric Holder if the Justice Department turns over additional records as promised in the congressional investigation of a flawed gun-smuggling probe on the Southwest border.

Who Cares, “The Economy and Jobs are the most Important issue”, “Security is the most Important issue”… True, but what has the most effect on both? The willing disregard for the Constitution and the Rule of Law by the Political Elite, unless we have elected officials willing to honor their oath and follow the law or to hold the violators accountable no matter what level, we will continue the current slide to Democratic Hell.

What about the Presidential Election of 2012, most are putting all of their eggs in that basket… On one hand you have a “New Party” Socialist Incumbent and his minions openly usurping the Constitution and violating the rule of law on a daily basis… yet still, he maintains a 30 to 50% approval rating with the average entitlement infused American citizen, unfortunately for the rest of us they have intentionally become the majority, and in a De Facto Democracy… The Mob Rules.

On the other hand you have a Party of Lincoln, Establishment, Progressive presented, and reluctantly accepted by the majority of Republicans as a Conservative. His strongest attribute being, he is not Obama.

This is the two party Political Elite Tango… Picture, two individuals…  As opposite as a Man and a Woman moving together with style and grace, at times they display aggression towards each other but as the music flows they complete the moves with close precision until they unite in unison as one at the end… We are almost at the end American, and you will not like the result when the music stops.
